Last Tuesday, Apple held an event. It told that WiFi 6 support will be included in the latest features. This feature was described in detail at that event. All of the three models have the support of 802.11ax. This is technical name of WiFi 6.

WiFi 6 is the next generation connection. 802.11 is the latest version of the wireless network. The current version is 802.11ac. It is also known as WiFi 5. The smart gadgets which rely on WiFi 6 are efficient and fast as compared to WiFi 5. The WiFi 6 has a few technical advancements. Here’s the comparison that why WiFi 6 is efficient than WiFi 5.

It allows the gadgets to send more data with every single transmission. Moreover, it accompanies wireless gadgets and sensors to conserve power by setting a schedule for transmission. It also supports a faster transfer rate (Probably 1320 Mbps). It is almost 40% faster than WiFi 5. Further, it provides faster connectivity in rushy areas like the airport, stadium or shopping malls. It also enables routers and other networks accessing service more gadgets at once. They are also backward compatible. Does the question lie that whether internet connection will be faster or not? Similar to Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus, Apple iPhone 11 will also get the advantage of WiFi 6. WiFi 6 routers are easily available now. However, they are heavy on the pocket. WiFi 6 is fast but it is not officially certified. So, until now, its too early if people replace their routers. WiFi 6 is in its initial states, we expect to see it in the next iPhone lot.
