Kuo in the earlier part of March had made the prediction that Apple will be refreshing its entry-level MacBook Air lineup in the second or third quarter of the running year i.e. 2022. According to Kuo the upcoming model will not be having a mini LED display. Furthermore he added that the device will be equipped with M1 chip and not the new M2 chip. Earlier rumors suggested that the new MacBook Air will be having a new form factor which will be more similar to current MacBook Pro models and unlike the Air’s tapered-off design. The overall look will be thinner and lighter with more color options. Another report claimed that the 15-inch MacBook will be the successor of the Apple’s MacBook Air lineup in the year 2023. The Apple analyst has also added that the 15-inch laptop will be using the 30W power adapter like the MacBook Air, thus making the15-inch model fall in the more budget friendly lineup. These are rumors and predictions of analysts not an official report or statement from Apple, so we can expect these rumors to be completely refuted. Also Read: New Apple iPhone 14 Design Leak
