Now Viber ask its user to designate the photos and videos to stay in chat before they press send. Previously Viber introduced feature which let user delete conversation from both sides. A picture can be sent to friend with a view time of 1 , 3 , 7 or 10 seconds. When the time is up, recipient gets a record that something was shared by you but they cannot view it. The same goes for video that now it can be sent with option to be viewed be recipient one time. After that the video disappears from archives. This private feature works for groups as well as individual chats using Viber on Android devices.

This App is competing with other famous Apps like WhatsApp and Tango etc. This new feature incorporating secret messages from viber may be welcome but not new in market. Kakao Talk and Line offers similar features. Line has timer just like Viber’s still photos.
